One of the distinctive domes that define St. Peter Cathedral, also known as St. Peter's. The church was originally completed in 1890 and was restored in in 1938 following an extensive fire. The large Roman Catholic cathedral is the mother church of the Diocese of Marquette, The cathedral is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
