Military Attaché, German Embassy Rome Colonel Stefan Nievelstein stressed the importance of regional partnerships in the Mediterranean North Africa area during a three day workshop on shared security responsibilities in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) area. More than 30 diplomats, academics and military officials from the Mediterranean region attended the Marshall Center workshop in Rome, September 25-28, 2017.
