VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. - At the Astrotech payload processing facility at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, spacecraft technicians lower a transportation canister over NASA's Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, for its move to Space Launch Complex 2.
