Khairat Khan stands against purple ground wearing a flower-patterned orange tunic, embroidered sash and a turban. Carries dagger at waist, sword sheathed in red and round shield. Basic blue sky and green landscape at top and bottom of image, respectively. Inscribed to left of figure and caption below image. Ink, opaque watercolor and gold on paper. Album bound in blue-green leather and stamped with Sloane's gilded armorial on front and back cover.
