This roomshows high wainscot, wooden shutters, and theoriginal beams cased in. The furniture is all ofthat period, including simple Dutch chairs, about1770, with rush bottoms. The sideboard, too, isof the seventeenth century, and on this is a knifebox of the latter quarter of this century. Thecorner buffet is about 1740, and unlike the major-ity of these cupboar
