This lake supplies the waters of the splendid salmon river of the same name of which we have already spoken. Then there are Lakes Tour adi^ Eai^/e, St. John, Squaw, Rimouski, Sifrois, Cote, Metis, Risti^oncJie, Sal- mon-, Humqui, all well-stocked with fish, especially trout. Salmon is caught in the large lake of the East branch of the Matapediac. In the large Lake Humqui, white fish are caught and fork-tailed trout in Lake Cote.
