MAKES MONEY We make the following Black Greenhouse Cements: Federal Greenhoase Cement No. 1.—Thick paste coDBlstencjr. especially adapted for use on metal, slate, composltloo and other roofs, and for effectlDirireDeral repairs. Some florists nse this consistency for Klazlng, althoogh it Is rather bard to apply, becanse It works stlS. It can be handled fairly well, however. In the (rreeahouse gan. Federal Greenhonse Cement No. 2, or Rearnlar.—A medinm thick consistency. We consider this the Ideal consistency for vlazlnf; work, not kx) thick nor too thin. Can be used In grpenhouse jfun, putty bulb, or other Instruments. Those who prefer a slightly thinner consistency can thin with Federal Special Greenhonse Ihinner. Federal Greenhouse Cement No. 3.—Seml-llquld consistency, especially adapted for lining gutters, etc. Last year we sent out this con- sistency for glazing work In general, and many florists prefer it. It of course works very easy In the putty bulb. We believe It Is a little too thin for glazing, and consider No. 2 better. Federal Greenhouse Cement No. 4.—Made on a different base, from the products of wood distillation. This cement is similar—in fact Identical with certain comiietlng brands of greenhouse cement on the market. Some florists prefer this base. We do not consider It nearly as per- manent as No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. Federal Greenhouse Cement No. 5 and No. 6.—Respectively paste and seml-llquld, made on a gilsonlte base. Very quick setting and efficient; preferred by carnation and rose growers, but not quite as good for general work as No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. Federal Greenhouse Thinner, in 10, 5 and I-gallon cans, is an excellent article to keep on hand to restore cement not used at once, to Just the consistency that you like, in case the cement thickens lUmtttfarttttw^ ii^U^Annh, (S>,.
