In L863 Mr. Cundiff was united in marriageto Miss Mildred Knight, a daughter of JosephKnight, and they became the parents of fourchildren, but Alma B. died at the age of twen-ty-three years, being accidentally killed by thetrain in Hillsboro in June, L894. Those still liv-ing are: Mary Ellen, the wife of Milton Salli-day, of Litchfield; Dora, the wife of BaineyMathewson, of Coffeen: and Charles, who ismarried and lives in Coffeen. Mrs. Cundiff belongs to the Free Methodistchurch, while Mr. Cundiff is identified with the. MR. AND MRS. H. C. Saving always lived in Mont-gomery county, he has a wide acquaintancewithin its borders, and that many who haveknown him from early boyhood are numberedamong his stanchest friends is an indicationthat his has been an honorable and upright ca-reer.
