Uspensky Cathedral, Helsinki, Finland


Uspensky Cathedral in Helsinki, Finland, built between 1862 and 1868 is the largest Russian orthodox cathedral in western Europe. The golden onion domes were recoated with gold leaf in early Summer 2007, shortly before this photograph was taken.
