These have been omitted duringwar times. It is expected, however, that theUnited Hunts and Steeplechase Association willhold their regular meeting in October at theBelmont Park Terminal. These races are alwaysinteresting and usually draw a large crowd ofsportsmen and sportswomen who live in theneighborhood on Long Island.
