ORGANIZATION Tiie work of the Division of Highways is naturally divided intoseveral distinct lines of activity as herein indicated: Materials and Research, Surveys and Plans, Construction, Bridges, Maintenance, Equipment, Accounting, Headquarters office, Right of Way.
