Stennis (CVN 74). TRFB Mechanical Department’s Division Officer, Lt. Ryan Clark, left, presented the award. TRFB supports the nation’s strategic deterrence mission repairing, incrementally overhauling, and modernizing Pacific Fleet strategic ballistic missile submarines during refits.
