The market was about depleted Saturday morning,.Anril 30. A retailer who wanted fifty roses was un- able to get them. It was not alone the holding back of stock, but a heavy run of orders every day that caused the clean-up. Carnations went up in price and all prices for Mothers' day will be still higher.
