NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Oct. 19, 2015) - Sailors aboard Pre-commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) weigh in for their Body Composition Assessments (BCA) as part of the 2015 physical fitness testing cycle. The Navy recently introduced updated standards for the BCA which incorporates a graduated scale for body fat percentages based on age.
