A few specimens, probably belonging to this species, were taken by the "Ingolf" at a single station: of Iceland: 6o°37' N., 27'52'W., 1505 m., temp. 2J/2 spec. (1 g abt. 10 mm., 1 $ with marsupial plates abt. 11 mm) ("Ingolf" St. 78). Remarks. The specimens from the "Ingolf" agree upon the whole well with Stebbing's single specimen ($, 8 mm.), but some additions are to be made to the original descriptions. The two mandibles have a certain number (abt. 8?) of spines. Innerplate of maxilla 2 has to (nol 6) setse. Urosome segments 2â3 (but not 1st segment) have a dorsal denticle. Antenna 1 9 has in rlagellum 50 joints, and accessory flagellum 5 joints (Stebbing: > 13, and 7, respectively); rst joint of assessory.
