Isabella of France (1389-1409) was Queen consort of England as the second spouse of King Richard II marrying him at the age of seven. When just three years later. in 1400, the deposed king was killed, the French court requested that Isabella return to France. In August 1401, she returned to France and a welcome from her father, King Charles VI of France.
