In the fall of that year heentered Columbia Aledical School ofNew York City, and upon completinghis course of studies there in 1906 hewas given his degree. For the twoyears following he was house surgeonat St. Vincents Hospital, New YorkCity, and during the summer of 1909he had charge of tle Seaside FloatingHospital of St. Johns Guld, NewYork.
