On right side of fork housing three-line inscription "SYSTEM BORCHARDT. PATENT. / DEUTSCHE WAFFEN- UND MUNITIONSFABRIKEN / BERLIN". In front of it British property mark "D - vertical arrow - D" standing for Australia as a dominion before 1911. On front toggle link " / No. 75837".
