Highways Agency offering a brand new unused £ million bypass tunnel as a movie location because it's unsafe to use as a road. This tunnel (one of a pair) was part of a new A27 bypass for Brighton and Hove. The brand new twin tunnels failed final safety checks and needed another year of work before they could finally open in 1996.
