Talitha Moton, center, surgeon assigned to the expeditionary sea base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4), provides a guided tour of ship’s surgery room and office to Angolan media following the ship’s arrival in the Angolan port Nov. 3, 2022. Hershel “Woody” Williams is rotationally deployed to the Naval Forces Africa area of operations, employed by Sixth Fleet, to defend , allied and partner interests.
