People running into waters at Dunedin's annual midwinter Polar Plunge, St Clair Esplanade
This was Dunedin's 86th Polar Plunge and was organized by the St. Clair Surf Life Saving Club. It took place at midday on June 15, 2014, at the St Clair Esplanade and gathered around 600 swimmers officials report. The annual Polar Plunge is an event to raise money for the St. Clair Surf Life Saving Club and was supported in 2014 by the More FM radio station.
