Tech. Sgt. Thomas Neiswanger, 910th Maintenance Squadron, transfers insecticide from barrels to the tanks of a C-130 Hercules at Joint Base Charleston, May 5, 2016. Spraying less than one ounce of the chemical per acre effectively limits the mosquito population near the base. The mission of the 910th at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, is to maintain the Department of Defense's only large area fixed-wing aerial spray capability to control disease-carrying insects, pest insects, undesirable vegetation and to disperse oil spills in large bodies of water. /Master Sgt.
