Dark cake wih champagne vanilla flan Sponge cake 9 eggs 1 glass of wheat flour 1 glass of sugar 1 spoon of baking powder 3 spoons of cocoa 70ml of champagne 20ml of vanilla sauce Separate the egg whites form egg yolks Whites whip and gently mix with yolks flour sugar cocoa and baking powder using wooden spoon Pour the mass into the mould and bake about 45 min in 180C Leave the sponge cake to cool down Cut it horizontally into three thinner cakes Drip them with champagne and place on each the layer of the champagne vanilla flan Champagne vanilla flan 25dag of mascarpone 1 vanilla bean 4 egg yolks 4 spoons of sugar 70ml of champagne Yolks whip with sugar and vanilla seeds add mascarpone and champagne All ingredients whip until they change into heterogeneous mass
