A crewmember from Coast Guard Station Manistee, Michigan, checks on a rescued deer. The pregnant deer was trapped between the rocks on the edge of the Manistee River near Harbor Village, Michigan, May 31, 2017. The crew was underway for routine training when they spotted the deer. The deer is currently alive and recovering from the ordeal in a field.
