We here present illustrations of Iron Poultry Nests, which seem, from their simplicity, to be very suitable for general use. No. 13 represents a Nest with ventilated sides; and No. 14, a plain Nestâthese are attached by their backs to the walls of the Poultry-house; and No. 12 shows a rear view, with the door open. The object of this arrangement is, that a large Poultry- house can be constructed with passageways and boarded partitions, and the Nests so fixed on the other side of the partition as to make it an easy matter to collect the eggs through the rear doors, â without the necessity of entering the Poultry-house, disturbing thehensor soilingthe clothes. No. 15 shows the outside of the partition, and the end to the left is broken to show the Nest on the op- posite side.
