Dutch top athlete Olaf Van Den Bergh starts training in the indoor tropical rainforest of the Burgers' Zoo in Arnhem, in preparation for the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona located in Hawaii. The Bush (indoor tropical rainforest) is the ideal training location because of the high humidity and temperature.
