The change of command is a traditional event rich with symbolism and heritage. Here Maj. Gen. Mary Link, commander of Army Reserve Medical Command gives the unit colors of Western Medical Area Readiness Support Group to Col. Thad Collard, who is now the commander for the next two years of WE MARSG in San Pablo, California with units in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Montana, Washington and California. The change of command happened the 10th of September, 2017.
