Morrison, Jr. on April 26, 2022 during AFCEA's three-day TechNet Cyber event at the Baltimore Convention Center. Lt. Gen. Morrison's keynote remarks highlighted Army Risk Management Framework reforms. Morrison is the principal advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Army for command, control, communications, cyber operations, and networks for worldwide operations.
