Glacial lake. Jokulsarlon ice lagoon with icebergs floating in its waters. It is the largest proglacial lake in Iceland and is composed of meltwaters from glaciers such as the Vatnajokull glacier. The lake has doubled in size since the mid-1970s, due to increased retreat of Icelandic glaciers. Photographed in Iceland.
