They installed 2 blue plaques on Staines bridge over the river Thames to shine a light on local Spelthorne conservative MP, Kwasi Kwarteng, who on 20th October 2021 voted to block amendment 45 to the Environment Act 2021. The amendment would have required water companies to "demonstrate improvements in the sewage systems and progressive reductions in the harm caused by untreated sewage discharges."
