200108-A-DM672-1037 ARABIAN GULF (Jan. 8, 2020) The guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) transits the Arabian Gulf after conducting a personnel transfer with the coastal patrol ship USS Hurricane (PC 3). Hurricane is deployed to the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
