A German winged lance, 9th/10th century Broad, lightly ridged blade. The polygonal socket is surrounded with decorative grooves. Side bars are good quality restorations. Two attachment holes on the lower edge of the socket. Length cm. Beautiful, typical cavalry weapon of the early Middle Ages.
