(FORT BENNING, Ga.) – Officer Candidate School students at Fort Benning, Georgia, participate in a 10-day field leadership exercise, designed to test their leadership abilities and small unit tactics, Feb. 4, 2019, at McBride Bridge on post. The scenarios allow candidates opportunities to test their mental agility and sound judgment while clearly and concisely communicating a plan of action to subordinates in order to execute on an objective.
