NO. 14 FOOTBALL HISTORY Now that we have won the intercol-legiate championship two years in suc-cession, it is interesting to look backover our football history and trace ourdevelopment from a College jeered at byothers in the State, as one with a ragaround its throat, to our present posi-tion of unquestioned supremacy. The first evidence we find of a Colo-rado College football team was in 1892,when the College was represented by ateam that played two games, the firsttime being beaten by the Hose team by ascore of 14 to o and the second gamewalking over the Colorado Springs HighSchool team by a score of 48 to o.
