Bill Bradley Memorial Trough of Bowland


Memorial plaque to Bill Bradley twice winner of the Tour of Britain and holder of the record time for climbing The Glossglockner in The 1957 Tour of Austria. During the late 1950's and early 60's he was one of England's most successful amateur and Independent riders retiring in 1965. However he continued to race as a veteran for Southport CC a club he was a member of all his life
