Dressed wound in the calf of the leg in an 85 year old male patient after fasciotomy, removal of connective tissue around muscle, to relieve pressure and treat loss of blood circulation. This followed surgery on the leg artery (femoral endarterectomy) to remove an obstruction (embolectomy) in the artery. See images 1 to 4 showing dressing, stitching and healing of this wound.
