Delaware citizens take the oath of enlistment before the start of the Apache Warrior 400 race Oct. 1, 2017, at Dover International Speedway, Dover, Del. The 19 men and women enlisted into the Air Force and the Delaware National Guard as part of the opening ceremony for the race.
