Yemen (Veiled) Chameleon 3 weeks old


Also called a Veiled Chameleon. Chamaeleo Calyptratus is a large species of chameleon found in the mountain regions of Yemen, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emerates. It is a popular chameleon to keep in captivity as it can withstand changes in temperature. These Chameleon's are not born with decorative head growth known as a casque , but it develops as they mature.
