Flesh : Color yellowish ; tex-ture tender, firm, liecoming to-ward spring moderately juicy ;flavor pleasant, su1)-acid. Season : November to ]\ Salome (culan/iil). Quality : Dessert or cooking,fair to : Promising for exj)ort. Adaptation : Succeeds remarkably well in the County of Simcoe. Mr. C. L. Stephens, ofOrillia, who has fruited it there, counts it one of his hardiest varieties.
