Mar-a-Lago (Spanish for "Sea-to-Lake") was the former estate of Marjorie Merriweather Post and is the "Winter White House" and personal residence of US President Donald Trump in Palm Beach, Florida. The 62,500 square-foot home also houses the members-only Mar-a-Lago Club. Built between 1924 and 1927, the estate stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway (Lake Worth) to the Atlantic Ocean on the barrier island of Palm Beach.
