The Farah Provincial Health Director, Dr. Abdul Jabar, and other Farah Hospital medical providers were transported and accompanied by members of the PRT to conduct the assessment. “They wouldn’t have the means to or feel secure enough to travel to the clinic on their own,” said Navy Cmdr. Harvey Wilds, the commander of the PRT medical team. “Dr. Jabar has already informed me of another clinic he would like to visit,” said Wilds. Dr. Jabar’s report of the comprehensive health clinic (CHC) will be forwarded to the Ministry of Public Health in Kabul for review.
