PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 7, 2022) – Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Rouse, of Escondido, California, places a flower on the memorial of a service member during the USS Oklahoma memorial ceremony at Ford Island in Honolulu, Dec. 7, 2022. The memorial ceremony was for the 429 Sailors and Marines lost aboard the USS Oklahoma during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941.
