Two ritual staffs,Cameroon,Grasslands,before 1920 Carved wooden staffs each with a grip beneath a male figure with a crest hairstyle. Both staffs blackened. Remnants of metal pins on the back from former display mountings. Somewhat cracked. Length of each: 127 cm. Comparable staffs may be found in Gardi,Kunst in Kamerun,p. 59.
