A Shepherd from the Garasia Tribe in Poshina
A Garasia Shepherd taken in the village of Poshina, North Gujarat. We came across this little family standing in a small group apart from the other villagers. Though clearly very poor, they carried a quiet dignity which impressed us. This man was delighted to be photographed, and seemed never to have seen his own image on a digital camera before.
