(SEE PAGE 448.) von Sauerbron, we owe this first bicyclea steering-wheel. It was built at Mann-heim. The Draisine was propelled likethe Velocifere and Celerifere; but thefront wheel turned on a pivot and mightbe moved by a handle-bar, so this ve-hicle could be easily guided in anydirection — a great improvement.
