Kelly, 28, was in during Hurricane Sandy on leave with his family. Many parts of the Long Branch area were destroyed as a result. Santa, Lockheed Martin employee and retired Air Force pilot, George McAndrews, helped purchase the two pallets of toys from employee and company donations.
