If a man is named as manager by more than one owner, the ribbons must be counted for each owner separately. That is, they cannot be combined In competing for the prize. An OWNER ranks also as MANAGER, if he so directs. Several owners cannot combine under the name of one stable and rank in the award as an individual establishment. All horses entered to compete for the prize given for managers or superintendents must be the bona fide property of party
