A Miners Mansion had a mountain cliff, or bluff,as Westerners term it, rising- abruptly behind it. The mist in this instance also shows what can be done in changingthe whole appearance of the surroundings. I found that the sun was a hard subject to deal with in snow work,and also, whether the trees were bare of snow or crisply Sun did not improve matters in the least, and more pleasing workcould be obtained when his bright face was Ill \ I INC.
