Barcelona, Maresme Coast, Canet de Mar village, The Lluís Domènech i Montaner House Museum, in Canet de Mar (province of Barcelona) is a space dedicated to the study of the figure and work of the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. The House Museum is made up of the Domènech house, designed by the architect with the collaboration of his son Pere Domènech and his son-in-law, Francesc Guàrdia, and the Can Rocosa farmhouse, from the 16th century, which belonged to the family of María Roura, wife of the architect, and which was converted by Domènech i Montaner into his workshop-studio. In his office in La Masia Rocosa, he designed buildings such as the Café Restaurant and the International Hotel for the Universal Exposition of 1888, the Palacio de la Música Catalana, the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y San Pablo or the University of Comillas, among others. Likewise, he built various buildings in Canet de Mar, such as the Ateneo or Casa Roura, and carried out the reform of the Castle of Santa Florentina.
