A 60-foot width of R/W was considered necessary and agreed upon in order to provide sufficient width for slope grading and drainage on this section of the improvement. It was agreed that the intersection of Contant Road should be moved to the west (left) more nearly in front of the Submarine Base gate and necessary adjustments made to provide safe traffic intersection at this point.
